Most of the people in the “creator economy” have reinvented the default path.

Entrepreneurship looks soooo homogenous somehow in this lane

Wait!!! You met The Dean?!!!

I loved this Becky!

Just a thought - while my list of "What do I want?" is as open as the universe, my list of "I definitely do NOT want" is very clear and also a big part of my compass. Years ago, when I ran a painting franchise, if a homeowner wanted a room painted but could not pick a colour, I would start with ... "fair, but what colour are you sure you will not like in this room?"

Perhaps the better question is always "What good do I want to give the people around me?"

At least it has been for me.

As always. Stoked to see what you do. ¡Buen Viaje!

That’s a much better question to ask

I think that's a question only answered by doing things Becky. That question comes up for me often especially in times when I'm unsure on where to go next (like right now)

For me, I write stories so I write one about myself five years from now.

Writing it as a story rewires your brain because you can't deny what's on the page. It exists. And because it exists, you end up building toward that story unconsciously.

It shifted my mind and for the first time in a while, I grabbed the pen and start writing the story of my life the way I want it to go.

Writing is such a good mechanism for this
