Omygosh this resonated with me so much. Literally felt sluggish this morning and realized I’ve been moving too fast-paced now that I have way more time to focus. 🥲

Great reminders here, Becky. I’m gonna take time this morning to step back and slow down.

Think we all moved a bit too fast in 2025 🥲

If you both could just rest please, that would be great ha ❤️

I like this new plan 🙌 as amazed as I always am at how quick you are at doing things, it does appear you need to slow down!

What gave that away 🌚

this resonated with me so much. i had this rush of output in the last 2 weeks (or was it 1?-can't even tell anymore) because i discovered the use of Claude Code lol. And i realise my brain refuses to shut down the many tabs i have open, both in my head and on my computer. I was still generating ideas non stop, what else i can prompt, what else i can create..

and my sleep quality has declined. :(

so i really need to balance it out with slow, spacing out time and being more reflective like you mentioned!!

Claude Code is such a blackhole hahaha

some offline days might help!! (I struggle to do that too but 😅)

Ha! Funny how I partly reached the opposite conclusion end of 2025 (which in itself was probably whiplash from previous years). I decided I was being too deliberate most of the year (few, clear goals and approached them very meticulously) that I was piling up a big list of "interesting curiosities to get to later". Except towards the end of year I started feeling a bit of boredom and malaise because I am the happiest when I pursue new curiosities. So starting Q4, i broke my days into two. First half would be deep work and planned big goals and second half is to just follow new curiosities. From checking out a random new mall to trying a new tool to learning something new. It was refreshing! Planning to continue this approach this year too.
